The workshop will also teach you how to clear your space from energies you have gathered during the day / release excess electromagnetic energy, excess heavy metals and effects from modern electronics / balance left right brain communications / hormones.
You will learn to connect to 'the now' and recognise when an emotion is your's or someone else's.

Each workshop cover foundations allowing you to attend as many or few of the dates you are available.
