Treatments are a combination of one or all of my modalities allowing the most beneficial combination or individual treatment for you on that day.

A half hour treatment is appropriate when we are treating a specific ailment such as Back pain or Gall stones or cysts, fibroids, menopause which allows more frequent shorter sessions.

My clinical style of reflexology is incredibly successful.  In addition I give you 'homework' to keep reminding your body how it is meant to be functioning inbetween sessions.
